What this is

Not a library of videos to work through. Swimly coaching, cut into pieces small enough to take to the pool, in whatever form the idea needs.

One action at the pool

Every session ends with something to do in the water. Doing is what counts as done.

A plan you build

Your own answers assemble into a plan in your words, not a template with your name on it.

Worksheets you keep

Printable, and yours after the program ends. Paper still beats a progress bar.

Interactives

The bits that flip what you think about the water into what you need to feel in it.

Sessions on video

One idea at a time, short enough to watch before you get in.

Audio sessions

For the drive over and the five minutes on the bench before you swim.

Coach review

Send your swimming to a Swimly coach and get it back marked up, on the programs that offer it.

A measured before and after

Where you started and where you finished, so the change is visible instead of remembered.

Open now

Start where you are.

A junior who races below their training. An adult who never learned. A swimmer wrecked after two laps. A lap swimmer eyeing the ocean. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Race Ready Mindset

Races are won in the head as much as in the water.

For swimmers 10–16 who train hard but race below their training

  • A written pre-race routine they've practised, night before to start signal
  • Confidence built from their own evidence, not pep talks
  • Nerves and confidence measured at the start and the end, so the change is visible

  • Calm, controlled breathing with your face in the water
  • A genuine float, a long quiet glide, and your first continuous metres
  • Your comfort in the water measured on day one and day thirty

The Freestyle Fix

Fifty metres shouldn't leave you wrecked.

For adults who swim already, but freestyle leaves them wrecked

  • Legs that ride up without kicking harder
  • An exhale that ends the puffed-after-two-laps feeling
  • An easy continuous 200 metres, with your before and after on film

Pool to Ocean

You can swim laps all day. The ocean is a different animal.

For lap swimmers and triathletes ready for open water

  • A rest-anywhere reset for water where you can't stand
  • The beach check and rip protocol, sea-craft before swims
  • Your first real ocean swims, patrolled and between the flags

How every session works

1

A few minutes on screen

A short session from Jason. One idea, no marathon viewing.

2

One thing to do

Every session ends with one action at the pool or at training. Doing is the work.

3

Your plan builds itself

Your answers assemble into a personal plan you keep, and your change is measured start to finish.

Most online courses

  • A library of videos to watch
  • Watching counts as progress
  • A quiz to test what you remember
  • A certificate at the end
  • Then they sell you the next course

Swimly+

  • One short session at a time, each ending in something you do at the pool
  • Doing counts. A session is complete when the action is done
  • Interactives that flip what you think into what you need to feel
  • A personal plan built from your own answers, and a measured before and after
  • A clear next step into real coaching, when you want it

Beyond the screen

The programs are the front door. The coaching is the whole house.

Swimly coaches in Sydney pools and off Sydney beaches every day of the week. A program can start something on your own time. When you want a coach in the water with you, that is the same team, the same method.

Private sessions

One coach, one swimmer, in the water. Adults, juniors, and people who are frightened of it.

Filmed and reviewed

Your stroke on video, marked up by a coach, with the fix you can feel next time you swim.

Squads and ocean

Group work in the pool and sessions in the surf, for swimmers who want other swimmers around them.

The Fear Within

Nine stages for adults who are frightened of water, built from twenty years of teaching people who could not put their face in. It treats fear the way the body holds it: a threat response your nervous system learned, not a character flaw and not a willpower problem.

It is being built now, and more programs follow it. They open here first.

Want to know when it opens?

One email when a program opens. Nothing else, and you can leave any time.

Why these programs exist

I raced against people who trained as hard as I did. The difference, on the days it mattered, was what happened in our heads. And for twenty years since, I've watched the same thing in every lesson. Swimmers of every age stuck in their heads, when the whole skill is learning to feel the water instead.

These programs teach the way I coach in person: less thinking, more feeling, one small thing done well at a time.

Before you buy

What is Swimly+, exactly?

It is where Swimly's coaching lives online. Guided programs, films, audio, worksheets and tools built by Jason Cram and the Swimly coaches, all of it built around what you do at the pool rather than what you watch on a screen.

How much time does a program take?

A few minutes of video, then one thing to do at the pool. Most people work through two or three sessions a week alongside whatever swimming they already do.

Do I need a squad, a coach or a lane booking?

No. The programs are built around normal pool time. If you want in-person coaching in Sydney as well, Swimly does that too.

When does it start?

When you do. The first session opens straight away, and the rest drips through on its own schedule — every program shows you exactly when the next one opens once you're in.

How long do I keep access?

Ongoing, with no time limit. You pay once. There is no subscription and no upsell ladder.

What if the program is not right for me?

Email us inside 14 days and we refund the full amount. No forms, no questions.

Start it. If it isn't right, it costs nothing.

Every program comes with a 14-day full refund. Email us and it is done. The only way to know how the water can feel is to get in.
