Terms of purchase and use
These terms cover Swimly+ online programs, sold by Swimly (Sydney, Australia). Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
What you're buying
Access to the program named at checkout for the named swimmer, including its sessions, worksheets, plan builder and certificate. Access is ongoing for the life of the platform. One purchase covers one swimmer.
Refunds
If the program isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no forms, no friction. A refund ends program access. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Safety — read this one
- Pool tasks are done at your own risk. Practise at a lifeguarded pool, in water you can stand up in, and never alone.
- The program guides your practice; it is not supervision, and no video can pull you out of the water.
- Check with your doctor before starting if you have a medical condition that affects exercise.
What the program is not
Swimly+ programs teach swimming and swimming-related mental skills. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic services, and completing a program does not make anyone drown-proof or guarantee any competitive result.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You grant Swimly permission to store and review it to deliver the program (coach feedback, safeguarding). We never publish a swimmer's content without explicit separate consent.
Accounts under 18
A parent or guardian purchases, consents and controls the account, and may request deletion at any time. See the child safety statement.
Fair use
Program content is for the enrolled swimmer's personal use — not for redistribution, resale or use in someone else's coaching business.
